  • The scriptural texts are identical. Both use the RSV 2:Catholic Edition.
  • Footnotes and cross references will also be identical.
  • Cover is similar - an alpha cowhide leather-like material. 
  • Size: about the same. (6x9 inches)
  • Font size: Similar 9.5

 And the differences:


  • The Divine Mercy Bible does not have The Bible Timeline multi color-coded system. There are thumb tabs for each book, but they are all red.
  • The articles and commentary that will be interspersed throughout aren't geared towards the story of Salvation history, but rather are about relating the Bible to God's merciful love of us.
  • Images of Divine Mercy saints and shrines are 2-color and only appear in The Divine Mercy Bible.
  • The Divine Mercy Bible has 19 Divine Mercy articles that dive deeper into understanding Divine Mercy and 175 Mercy Moment callouts to show God’s mercy through the Bible
