MonkProtect

MonkProtect this feature allows you to report issues such as damages and missing items directly to our fulfillment center. 


To start, you can use the link in the email sent to you when you ordered, or click here to be taken to the MonkProtect portal. 


After looking up your order details with your email and order number, follow the prompts to let us know what the problem or problems are with your order. Your order may have more than one issue, and if so, choose the most accurate prompt. You'll have the opportunity to add additional details along the way.


You'll also need to upload photos of the label from your package, the item (if damaged) and the items as they were inside your package. These photos are required, and cannot be skipped.
