What day do we begin the Lenten Companion?

Fr. Toups organizes the Lenten companion journals so that Sunday is the peak of the week - not the beginning of it. You will start meditating on the Gospel for Sunday the Thursday before and will continue to unpack your journey through the following Wednesday. Once you have started this journey with Rejoice understanding the flow of the journal will make sense. We do understand the format may take getting used to at first. Please note the journal starts on a Sunday because Advent starts on a Sunday but then the journal moves to the format described above.
