What is Ascension's return policy?

Only items in original packaging and new, unmarked, and sellable condition can be returned. Pre-authorized materials may be returned within (30) days of receipt for credit.


Exclusions: The purchase price of clothing, digital content (e.g. MP3s, downloads, etc.), seasonal programs (Such as Lenten Companions or Advent Reflections), and art prints (which are printed on demand) will not be refunded.


Customers choosing to return their items are responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide you with the return address when you call or email. If you are returning an item due to an error on Ascension's part, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the items.


Please contact an Ascension customer support representative at 1-800-376-0520 or returns@ascensionpress.com to receive authorization before returning any items.

Please have ready when you call, or include in your email the following information:

  1. The Order Number (found on your packing slip or in your Order Confirmation Email)
  2. The items you are looking to return, as well as the quantity of each item.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it can take up to 30 days to be processed.


Please note, once we process your return, we will either credit your original payment method (card or invoice), or apply a credit voucher to your existing Ascension account.


Shipping costs will not be refunded on returned orders.
