What is Ascension's return policy?
Only items in original packaging and new, unmarked, and sellable condition can be returned. Eligible materials may be returned within (30) days of receipt for a refund.
Exclusions: The purchase of clothing, digital content (e.g. MP3s, ebooks, online access, etc.), seasonal programs (Such as Lenten or Advent devotionals), and art prints (which are printed on demand) will not be refunded.

To get started, please visit our returns portal and have your order number and the email address you used when placing your order handy. Please use the return portal to submit a separate request for each package you are returning to us.
Once you submit your return request, we recommend checking your inbox for your confirmation and return instructions.
After we process your return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method (credit card or invoice). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipping costs will not be refunded on returned orders.
