I have a problem with my order

Whatever the cause, we want you to know that we will be looking into it along with our fulfillment center to see if there is anything that can be done to resolve it.


If you could please send us photos of the package including the label, the box itself (if your box was damaged), any message you may have received from the carrier and photos of damage to any to the items, as we will need these when we speak with our warehouse and the carrier. If you were sent the wrong items, we would appreciate a photo of the shipping label as well as a photo showing what you received.


If anything was damaged from your order, please also let us know how many and which items so that we can replace these for you.
