Can I stream my study videos on a Smart TV?

Thinkific has issues being streamed with a smart TV, especially if the TV software was recently updated.


This is because the web browsers on Smart TV's are not the same as web browsers in a computer and Thinkific does not support Chromium, which is the browser software that now runs on almost every Smart TV.


If you are having trouble loading your Thinkific videos on your Smart TV, you can try running an HDMI cable from a laptop or desktop computer to the TV's input and play it from your computer; customers have found that will work.


If you want to use airplay or screencast from a mobile device to the Smart TV, it may work (but only if it is on the same wifi network).
