Is Zechariah 2:14 missing from The Great Adventure Bible?

What the NAB bible calls Zech 2:14 is 2:10 in the RSV version.  So basically, the entirety of the RSV's Chapter 2 is not the same as in the NAB.  What the NAB calls Zech 2 actually starts at  Zech 1:18 in the RSV.  There are no verses missing and they are in the correct order, they just have different numbers.
