My online access is missing

If it has been longer than one year (two for Chosen) your access may have expired. You can purchase the online access for another year and pick up where you left off with your study.


If you just purchased your study, or are setting up your online access and it is missing from your dashboard, you can contact support for help in finishing your enrollment. Be sure to have the following information so that we can find your account and your online access:


  • Your order number or the email address you placed your order with (for online access you purchased yourself)
  • A copy of your group link (if you were given a group enrollment link to use). If you don't have the group link handy, you can also use the name of your group leader, parish, and city your parish is located in.
  • The course you're enrolling in
  • And most importantly, the email address you are using to access your course.
