Thinkific basics for small groups

One of the first ways we improved it is the ease of accessing your study videos. You no longer have to set up a study or join a group. If you purchase a starter pack or online access for one of our small group programs, you will receive access to the videos digitally, streamed through our study dashboards. This online study access now includes a digital version of some of the written materials as well!
If you ordered physical materials, they will be shipped to you in the mail as well, but an online version is available immediately, so you can start your course with no delay. If you do not need a physical workbook, there is no need to purchase one: you can simply purchase the complete online course, which also includes a digital version of the workbook and the study videos.
To begin the process, go to Ascensionpress.com to choose your program and make your purchase. If you made a purchase that includes online access, watch your inbox for an email after you've completed your purchase. This email has a link that will direct you to our new platform partner Thinkific … we have partnered with them to provide you with this upgraded study experience! In order to participate in this online study, you will first need to create a FREE account with them (even if you already have one with us).
That's it! Your videos and an electronic version of the study workbook will be available to you online at ascensionpress.thinkific.com. To get there again, you can bookmark this link, or the link in the email you receive after your purchase. You can also access Thinkific directly from your AscensionPress.com menu dropdown, but you will need to sign in to Thinkific as well.
Other Key points:
- On the Thinkific platform, you will find both the video and the corresponding pages of the workbook, so you can always view the section that relates to the video you're watching.
- You can view as many times as you want, and go back and forth between sessions to review something or catch up.
- Access to your online study will last for one year from the date of purchase. (Two years for Chosen)
- The simplest method is for all participants to buy their own materials as shown above. But, If you order online access in bulk for your group, you will be receiving an email link to share with your participants - they will use the link to create their own Thinkific accounts and join the study themselves.
