Unsubscribing from Ascension emails

If you would like to unsubscribe to our emails please click "Update your preferences or unsubscribe “  at the bottom of any email you received from us. Then click "Unsubscribe From All" at the top of the page, or you can just select what email preference you wish at the bottom.
