How do I cancel my Ascension App subscription?
Free trials and premium subscriptions need to be canceled a minimum 24 hours before your trial or current subscription expires, in order to prevent your account from being charged for a subscription. We understand though that sometimes, things get in the way and this doesn't always happen. Unfortunately, the app store's policies do not allow us to add or cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers.
If you're trying to cancel your subscription, you can do so by signing in to Apple's App Store or Google Play, looking up the subscriptions associated with your Apple or Google account, and canceling from here. Apple users can also access their subscriptions through their device's settings app by selecting their profile, and then scrolling down to the Subscriptions option.
We are not able to start or cancel a subscription from our end due to Apple and Google's policies about apps downloaded through their stores.
Please note that even if you cancel your premium subscription, you will still have access to all of our app's free features.
