Can I pay for an app subscription by phone or online?


Thank you for contacting Ascension about payment options for your app. At this time, we cannot accept payment by phone.


App subscriptions can be purchased in two ways:

  1. through the mobile app itself (via the App Store or Google Play)
  2. through the payment system on our Web App (using Stripe)

Any payments are processed using the billing information you may have stored with them, be it credit or gift cards, and must be updated through them if your card information should change.
