Pre-Order Holds

When an order is placed that contains a pre-order item the entire order waits to ship until all items are in stock.

If you ordered additional items and would like the rest of your order to be shipped sooner, our Support Team can cancel your original order, allowing you to place separate orders and receive the in stock items right away. To do so, please email support@ascensionpress.com with your order number and request.
