How do I return my items?
We know sometimes things just don’t work out the way we all hope, and we’re here to help make the return process as easy and smooth as possible. You can review our full return policy on our website by clicking [HERE].
To get started, please visit our returns portal and have your order number and the email address you used when placing your order handy. Please use the return portal to submit a separate request for each package you are returning to us.
Once you submit your return request, we recommend checking your inbox for your confirmation and return instructions.
After we process your return, we’ll issue a refund back to your original payment method (credit card or invoice). Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and a return shipping fee of $6 (plus $1 for each additional item) will be deducted from your refund.
