Accessing the Videos and Course Materials Online
Viewing the content online via streaming is easy. There are several ways you might access your dashboard to watch the videos, depending on who actually purchased the materials.
If You Purchased the Materials Yourself From Ascensionpress.com
If you've recently purchased a study set, you should have also received an email confirming the purchase, and registering you on our study platform with our partner, Thinkific. This email also contained a link to sign in to the video platform. If this is the first time you've used our Thinkific platform, it will ask you for a password first. You can pick any password you want: you can even use the same one you used to make the purchase on our site, even though they are separate sites. Once you do this, you don't have to create an account the next time you log in, even if you take part in future classes; the password and email address will remain the same. Once you create the password and login, it will take you to your dashboard, where the course(s, if more than one) for which you registered will be displayed. Click on the "Start" or "Resume Course" button by the picture of the study program you selected, and you'll be able to view your study materials.
If Your Study Leader Purchased Materials For You
In Some cases, the Study Leader may have bought the books or online access in advance. In this case, they will provide you with a link you can click that will take you right to our Thinkific system. Click on this link, and the system will prompt you to create an account. Once you do so, you will be taken to a "Checkout Page," But there should be zero due. Complete the checkout, and it will bring you to your dashboard, where the course(s, if more than one) for which you registered will be displayed. Click on the "Start" or "Resume Course" button by the picture of the study program you selected, and you'll be able to view your study materials.
Please note: If the checkout page shows a dollar amount due, you may need to reach out to Ascension Customer Support for assistance in finishing your enrollment into the course.
Returning to the Dashboard
Once you have created an account using one of the two methods above, you can access the study materials in several ways going forward. You could keep that email and use the link when you want to return - it will take you right to the dashboard, without needing to create an account. Or you could just go to Ascensionpress.thinkific.com and sign in there. Or, if you are already logged in on ascensionpress.com, you could click the menu in the upper right and go to your dashboard that way.
